When to Expect Shipment

If we receive your order prior to close of business on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), we will begin processing your order that day. If you place an order on a holiday or on a Saturday or Sunday, or after close of business on a regular business day, we will begin processing your order on the next business day.

We provide an estimated delivery date in the item details section for each item we sell. This date is based on the typical number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order and is meant to give you a general idea of how long it will take to receive an item.


For your convenience, we will gladly ship your order somewhere other than your home, such as your place of business or another location. Either you or another adult must be present to sign for the package. To protect you from fraud, we will contact your credit card or financing company for any order over $1,000 to be shipped to an alternate address to ensure that the alternate address is on file with them. To facilitate this process, we recommend you contact your bank or credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Alternatively, if you or someone else cannot be available to sign for the package, we can ship your order directly to a nearby FedEx facility. You may retrieve your order from them at your convenience.

Shipping Methods

We offer reliable, expedited shipping based on the price of your order before applicable taxes. Shipping is always free and insured. Although we insure all packages for their full value, we recommend that you carefully inspect your package for damage or signs of tampering before signing for the package.

Some notes about FedEx Priority Overnight:

  • Orders arrive within one business days (Monday through Friday).
  • This shipping method is available to street addresses only; no P.O. Boxes.
  • A signature is required on any order over $1,000 regardless of any previously established signature waivers.
  • FedEx may still require a signature if the order is under $1,000.
  • Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us directly to schedule a Saturday delivery.

Some notes about USPS Priority Mail®:

  • Packages are delivered within three to five business days.
  • Saturday delivery is available at no additional charge.
  • This shipping methods is available to street addresses only; no P.O. Boxes.
  • No signature required.
APO and FPO Addresses

Since deliveries to APO and FPO addresses are handled by the military postal service, additional time might be required for your package to arrive. We ship to APO and FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail, which will deliver your package to the APO or FPO processing center within 3-5 business days. From that point on, the military postal service is responsible for handling the package and we can no longer ensure a specific delivery date.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping to 27 countries outside of the USA via FedEx International Priority service. Contact us directly for details about shipping to your country.
